Mr Lowther was very professional in his approach. He was able to repair my dishwasher whilst also giving advice on its maintenance. We had an AEG fridge freezer that never seemed to properly freeze the top of the freezer. Jim arrived, took a detailed reading using professional equipment, and promptly went straight to the fan situated behind the draws. Straight away the freezer started working properly. Excellent service, punctuality and value. Very impressed!
